Recently, Automatic Tank Gauging System has been installed in ERL. In the first phase, ATG system has been installed in 20 Tanks (12 Fixed-roof & 8 Floating-roof tanks). In the second phase, the remaining 39 tanks will be equipped with ATG system. This system provides us:

  • Real-time inventory information.
  • Other real-time data, such as temperature, water level, volume, product movement information etc. for monitoring locally and remotely at Tank Farm Control Room (Tank-farm monitoring computer).
  • This real-time information can also be monitored from our process control room.
 

ATG System provides better solution in reducing human error in manual tank gauging and much safe and secure operation of crude and products.
